Our Origins

My best friend Kim and I met in grade school during a class trip to Japan. We did not know it then, but we quickly fell in love with its vibrant culture and its even more vibrant food. A few years later, we found ourselves attending the same pastry school, both aspiring to become pastry chefs. We dreamed of opening a shop one day, and here we are!
